SAP BTP technology is used on top of the existing SAP ERP system. Thanks to SAP Integration Suite, SAP ERP is connected with the external systems which manage the recycling parcs and underground containers visits. With the help of a custom UI5 application hosted on SAP BTP the Ivago helpdesk employees can easily follow-up the provision for citizens and companies in and around Ghent and Destelbergen.
