Hunkemöller is Europe’s fastest-growing lingerie brand in 19 countries with state-of-the-art webshops and over 900 stores acting as digital hubs. The customers are attracted by their distinct product and brand handwriting, continual new collections, and targeted sub-brands. Hunkemöller always wants to provide the best in-store service for its customers. To do so, Hunkemöller makes their full assortment available to all customers in all stores, even if an article is not available in that store.

Together with Expertum, Hunkemöller has developed the Clientele App. This app enables the store employees to combine customer data with the complete Hunkemöller catalogue, create a shopping basket and finalize the sale from within the Clientele App.

During this Expert Session in the SAP Experience Center in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, we will explain how Hunkemöller and Expertum managed to create the perfect Clientele App to support the endless aisle principle.
