As part of the HR team you will, together with your colleagues, recruit the best consultants to support the growth of Expertum. You will be responsible for the recruitment process from A to Z (from the initial contact to the onboarding) and communicate with all the different stakeholders (internally and externally). Having a proactive approach is key. Next to recruitment you will also take on projects in the area of employer branding and continue to improve our way of working.
What we’re looking for:
- You have at least 2-3 years experience in a recruitment role, IT/SAP background is an asset.
- Having the talent to really get through to people to understand their motivation and ambitions is key to match them with the Expertum DNA.
- You are quality driven, have strong communication skills and an out of the box thinker.
- Managing change and priorities is something that comes natural to you.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, French is an asset.
