What does an SAP Project look like?
As a functional consultant (in Finance, Supply Chain or Data & Analytics) you will be involved in every step of the project: visiting the customer to gather the first requirements, organising workshops, blueprinting, processes analysis, suggesting improvements and turning the business requirements into technical specifications for the developers. Next to the IT side you will also play your role in change management and make sure that the end users get the best out of the system and support them after the go-live.
Which areas do we cover?
The functional teams all cover different areas.
- Finance team: makes sure that finance and controlling is set up properly so that the financial backbone of the customer is completely covered.
- Supply Chain team: makes sure that all process related to warehouse management, production, transport management, material management, sales, marketing etc are digitalized.
- Data & analytics team: brings all of that together and creates data warehouses & reports so that the business has a good understanding of what is going on and what can be improved.
