The Job
As our new Account Manager you will be part of a team of 4 people further developing our customer base all over Belgium.
Together with the rest of the team your focus will be on developing existing and new customers by positioning Expertum as their strategic SAP Partner.
You will be obtaining maximal customer satisfaction by mapping our different service offerings together with the delivery teams with the specific customer needs.
You will have an active role during the implementation both internally and externally to ensure qualitative project delivery.
What we’re looking for:
- You have a first commercial experience within the IT/Consultancy area. Experience with SAP solutions is an added value.
- With your strategic and analytical skills will enable you to identify the customer needs and present a fitting solution.
- You have a hands-on and creative mindset, because of your commercial actions Expertum will be top of mind with our customers/prospects.
- Networking is part of who you are, bringing people together.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch, French is an added value.
