Are you aware of why GDPR is relevant to you?

Data is the currency of today's digital economy. Collected, analyzed and moved across the globe, personal data has acquired enormous economic significance. According to some estimates, the value of European citizens’ personal data could grow to nearly € 1 trillion annually by 2020.

To ensure companies don’t lose themselves in collecting interesting information about people and their behaviour, possibly jeopardizing personal privacy, the European Union has issued a EU-wide Global Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Aimed at protecting personal privacy of your customers, vendors, employees…. in your company’s master data.

GDPR maybe vague in some ways, but it is not in the fact that:

  • You are to comply by May 2018
  • The burden of proof of compliance is yours
  • The fines of non-compliance are sufficient to make this a board-level point of attention

SAP however is an ERP that distinguishes itself with its interrelation of data within and across systems.

So how should you manage GDPR for and with a SAP landscape?

During our presentation, we’ll answer your key questions on GDPR:

  1. What is it?
  2. What should I do?
  3. What can I do?

We’ll translate for you what GDPR is all about, discussing the bottom line, practical implications of GDPR for companies with a SAP landscape.

Then mapping these requirements then with affordable, pragmatic solutions that will lead you to compliance. For which we will provide live demo’s.
